today i bravely took both kids to chick-fil-a for lunch...by myself.
lucy peed on one of the platforms in the play area.
2 of the other kids mistook it for a new 'water feature' and began splashing around.
after quickly informing the manager of our little accident, watching the play area get shut down, throwing our stuff in the trash as soon as i could, and dragging a soaking wet lucy out {while she repeatedly yelled -
'i want my chocolate milk!!!'}...
i am considering going back to diapers...

Allen has been potty-trained for quite a while too. Can't think of the last time he had an accident so I stopped bringing back up clothes, etc... Until a few weeks ago when we were at South County library and I see him making the face. Me: "Bud, what are you doing?" Al: 'I pee pee in my pants mommy. But it otay, it just an accident!'
So, thankfully I had a pull-up in the car and my sweet boy got to leave the library, wearing a shirt, pull up, socks and shoes but no pants, wrapped in my winter coat screaming for his library books.
This parenting stuff sure keeps you from getting a big head! ;)
oh girl! I think the title of this post should have been something like...."we closed down the only chick-fil-a in town" or "angry mom mob runs maxons out of johnson city" ....this was beyond an accident. so sorry...i can picture the entire nightmare...including miss dq demanding her choc milk. so lucy!
Wow...I still keep spares in the car for Jayden and he's 4. But so far the only thing he's gotten wet is his own bathroom floor...I'm sure you handled it with grace...even with the chocolate milk demand!
oh dear!!! I'm holding off on potty training Connor for a while after some days like these with Parker!
